Remote Pilot or Drone Flight Application

Remote Pilot or Drone Flight Application

To maintain the safety of our entire campus community, university policy (FO-05) requires that remote pilots first obtain permission from the Division of Public Safety before conducting a drone flight on campus property.

We understand that remote pilots have a wide variety reasons to fly drones on campus, and we do everything we can to work with you to ensure your flight is as safe as possible for you and the other members of our campus community. We appreciate your willingness to work with us to meet your needs.

Once you complete this form, it will be sent to the University of Illinois Police Department for review. You should expect a response within one business day of your request.
