Proposals are eligible for grant writing assistance if they align with at least one of the following Ameren Illinois Market Development Initiative goals:
1. To engage customers who have not previously benefited from energy efficiency.
2. To engage customers who have not previously benefited from building upgrades that improve the safety, comfort, and resilience of buildings.
3. To increase the number of energy efficiency jobs available to local and diverse candidates.
4. To support new or growing energy efficiency businesses.
