NOTE: All permit requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to any proposed event. Final approval will be given by the Campus Vending office no later than three (3) days prior to the proposed event.

After submitting this application, the university will contact you for approval and next steps. You will be required to provide the following documents in person: current Champaign-Urbana Public Health District Permit, valid State of Illinois driver's license, current vehicle registration, Certificate of Insurance, color photographs of vehicle's exterior, and list of items to be sold.
