Review Process

Submissions are reviewed to ensure post content correlates to the Illinois Leadership Center’s mission, vision, and core values, as well as the university’s commitment to cultivating a community at Illinois where everyone is welcomed, celebrated, and respected.

The ILC supports diversity of worldviews, histories, and cultural knowledge across a range of social groups including (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, abilities, economic class, religion, and their intersections.

Please note any submission not related to the essence of leadership education or does not support an inclusive Illinois community will not be added.
