Use of the facility must be consistent with the mission of the La Casa Cultural Latina and the Office of Inclusion and Intercultural Relations. Events must abide by all University rules and regulations, including COVID-19 prevention requirements & protocols. We have alcohol wipes and cleaner in La Casa please become familar with where they are at so you can use to disinfect and wipe down all areas. COVID section is located in two bottom cabients in the kitchen labeled COVID Cleaning Supplies.
The facility is available at no charge; all users are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up. All scheduling changes must be approved in writing by the La Casa.
Make sure all items and supplies that is being used be returned to the proper locations. This is student space and we must be respectful and courtesy of the next indulivals using the space.
Your event MUST be APPROVED by La Casa Cultural Latina (via La Casa email) before you are able to advertise location on your event.
If minors will be at your event you must fill out the Protection of Minors form. If you do not comply with the guidelines you may loose your privilige in using the space remember this is our casita. Also, reservation priority will go to LCASO organizations (who are also current with RSO office guidelines) and RSO's versus Departments or outside organizations. NOTE: You must make your request at least 4 business days in advance! Weekends do not count as business days.

Please enter start and end dates and frequency of event (ie, once a week until Thanksgiving break). La Casa is very busy and recurring events will be considered and evaluated individually. We may also need to cancel or move your event if a La Casa event has need of the space
Note: You are required to clean La Casa and take out all of your trash. Do not leave food at La Casa. Absolutely no alcohol is permitted at La Casa.
