International Safety and Security coordinates incident and emergency responses for University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign-related activities abroad.  Program leaders or coordinators must submit document emergencies using this form; others with knowledge of an incident are encouraged to submit this form.  If in doubt, please submit a report.  Submitting this form does not obligate the University to take immediate action, but will assist the University to determine how best to respond.
