Hello, 

Thank you for participating in the virtual May 2021 iSchool Convocation Ceremony. If you graduated in these terms you are eligible to participate: December 2020, May 2021, August 2021 (Graduate: must have 8 or less hours remaining; Undergraduate: must have 13 or less hours remaining). The event will be held Saturday, May 15th from 7:00 pm-8:00pm central time. The link to the live event will be distributed in a separate communication. 

The deadline to submit your photo is Sunday, April 18th at 11:59 pm central time.

Instructions for Photo Submission

Please follow these instructions when submitting your photo: 

  • Get in good light, either go outside during the morning or afternoon (when the sun is NOT at its highest). The sun should be in front of you, not behind. 
  • Or get in front of a window, facing the window. 
  • Pay attention to what's in the background. We will not be editing/cropping unless it's absolutely necessary.
  • Photos need to be framed chest up. No full-body photos.   
  • Camera should be at eye level.  
  • Photo should be horizontal, not vertical. No square pictures. 
  • We prefer that you have someone else take the photo for you on your phone. 
  • Professional photos are welcome.
  • No one else should appear in your photo.

 

Picture quality/size and submission:

  • Please submit high-resolution photos (at least 1920x1080 HD or largest file possible; no RAW files)
  • Please name your photo: “Lastname_Firstname”
